Our Philosophy

Life is about living! Not restriction. Things are hard enough in our busy lives, food and lifestyle decisions don’t have to add to the drudgery.

Enjoy meals with your family, eat out with friends, move the way you like, have fun and regain your health!

Our approach helps you feel confident and strong, optimistic, and inspired. Finding the way forward that is unique to you, that is sustainable (and enjoyable!!) in the long run is our goal.

A note from Stacey

Hi! I'm so glad you're here! Whether you are looking for advice on things like how to improve your relationship with food, exercise to help stave off bone loss or improve cardiovasular health, how much calcium or protein you need in your diet, or how to reprogram your “all or nothing” thoughts around diet and physical activity, we are here to help!

Life is full of transitions. This is true for both men and women. So our approach to health has to change too. Aren’t you tired of beating yourself up over food choices? Putting yourself through grueling bootcamps only to feel totally drained and burnt out afterwards? Cutting out one food group after another only to feel disheartened when the diet becomes too difficult to stick to?

I know it feels like these things worked in the past…and maybe they have. But for the vast majority of us, they only work for a very short time. Then we cave (and usually then binge on the very foods that we have just restricted!) And then we are right back where we started but now feeling worse about ourselves; like we have failed, are weak-willed and undisciplined. Willpower has a very short half-life and is simply not the answer.

Let us help you find a better way; a way that can lead to peace and happiness around food and to the joys of movement! It does exist! Let us help you get started.

Meet Stacey

Stacey Raza holds a MSc in Clinical Nutrition, a BSc in Exercise Science, and is recognized by The Menopause Society as a Certified Menopause Practitioner (MSCP).

Welcome! I’m Stacey. I’m a US licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist registered both in the US (PA, DC, MD) and Singapore (Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association) and a certified strength and conditioning coach (NSCA) with a BSc in Exercise Science. I am also recognized by the North American Menopause Society as a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner (MSCP).

I know that one size does not fit all!  I love helping my clients develop simple, sensible and sustainable plans that fit their individual needs so they can feel better, stronger and more energetic!  If a plan is too hard, too restrictive, too complicated or if you don’t like the foods, or you hate the exercises, it just won’t work - not for the long term. This isn’t success. Even if you lose a few kgs in the short term.

My true passion lies in helping midlife women (and their husbands - we can’t leave them behind!) regain their health and vitality. Midlife comes with a multitude of changes. Things we used to be able to do may become harder, we may notice our bloodwork results are creeping in the wrong direction, we aren’t as strong or fit as we used to be. It’s easy to put things off…but it’s also easy to just click the button below and get started!

Rediscover your joy and vitality, take charge of your health, and regain your confidence! This is your time.
