In-person Training Sessions

The most personalized way to go! You’ll meet one-on-one with us in our training studio and we will design a customized and comprehensive fitness program to help you maximize your fitness. Our main goal is to empower you to reach your full potential through motivation as well as providing accountability and education. We base our recommendations on sound scientific principles and are committed to providing you with the most up to date, effective practices available!

We help all ages from the young (8-18) to the young at heart! (all the way up to your 80s and 90s! It’s never too late to start!)

Single Session - $95

5 Session Package - $425

10 Session Package - $800

Monthly membership

Workout whenever and wherever you want - at home or at the gym!

Don’t let your schedule get in your way! We’ll develop a comprehensive plan for you based on your current abilities including strength, cardio and flexibility, that you can do in the place that works best for you! Can’t go to the gym, but have a pair of dumbbells? We’ll make that work! Just want bodyweight? That’s ok too!

We’ll monitor you as you go on a monthly basis through an app-based system! We are available for questions, help keep you accountable and are here to cheer you on every step of the way!

Get fit and have fun with friends! Group classes are super effective and super fun! Functional strength based classes are designed to increase your strength to help keep you strong, fit and agile ! Who thought we would say we get stronger and fitter as we get older?!
